Eidolons after The New War

so according to the fandom" All Eidolons are remnants of a Sentient that was defeated in a battle against the Tenno during the Old War, whose remains now wander the plains perpetually searching for their lost components. "

but in the new war  sentients get to plains where these bosses are .

So any way that DE is revamping eidolons  for those who finished The New War

really hoping they will

If the new war starts, will we ever get Orphix Venom event again?

But those are good questions, what going to happen to Cetus and Plains as a whole?

While they are replacing Eidolons, could you revert all void damage to a universal effect? That would be nice.

Orphix Venom is a mode now, the event was just to test it out, and most of the rewards from the event got moved to the Orphix mode.

as for the Eidolons, I'm guessing the Sentients will make attempts to repair and restore them, but given that Erra literlaly just parked a Murex on the Tower - the very thing the Eidolon was after in the first place - the current smaller eidolons probably aren't needed, at least not for that. perhaps they will get new orders from Erra in the war, but I can also see the Nocturnal nature of the Eidolons being a problem for waging war in the daytime. at night though.. you definitely wouldn't want to be on the plains with Grineer, Eidolons, AND a new Sentient force all roaming around.

I suppose it'll also depend on how DE handle the continuity and the tileset changes that come with the New War: will every instance of the plains be post-war no matter what, or restricted until after completing the quest? or will we have a third starchart option that gives us a starmap and open world full of sentients instead? we likely won't know for sure until right before it gets released.

Would be a good point to remove them.

And if you remove them how will newer players be able to rank up quills ? how about arcanes ? how about the time DE spent to make the min the first place ?

With other content tied to the plains upon quest completion. And the time spent making them would be no different when solar conflicts or trials were removed.

So after we defeat all of the sentients in the New War, do they all turn into Eidolons that wander the solar system? New War seems hopeless... they either turn into wandering mindless remands or the corpses can still talk and cause chaos in the solar system like Hunhow.

You know Railjack? When you toggle Map Change?

Yeah. I think that's what's gonna happen.

They will merge both Normal and RJ Starcharts, no more toggle. Every mission will begin with RJ objectives.

Trials and solar rail conflicts were removed because of serious issues , what you're suggesting here is to remove content because of a quest .

I feel, and have always felt, that the New War cannot, should not, end with the destruction of the Sentients. It would be the last crime of the Orokin if everything that they ever made just...murdered each other.

It should end with healing, instead of piling the bodies ever higher. Either heal the Eidolon and let them leave Earth, or give them final mercy and let them rest.

Unlike that buggy and very unpopular mess you call trials were removed for a good reason, Eidolons still is very actively engaged. It's very easy to just jump into public and expect a full run.

Where did they say that? If it was so, the forums and reddit would be talking about it. And I've not heard a pip.
