[suggestion]Octavia shows in the relays

Would be possible to DE to create a wandering band of 4 octavias on the relays.. they would accept custom mandachords with timed skill starts for each one like octavia 1 uses her 1 at 30 seconds then octavia 3 uses her 3 at 1:30.. And also a mode where you can put one octavia to play a shawzin with custon notes .. it would allow players that love songs to do things like this.

Make popularity votes on those shows created and at end of the month all relays play the top contents for everyone to hear
