Spectral Scream is not receiving a damage buff from Vex Armor's Fury

Reproduction: Use Spectral Scream on a enemy with Fury active.

This has been a issue for nearly a year and still is as of the most recent update (30.7)

I can confirm that as of 30.8.2, the Fury buff from Vex Armor is still not affecting the damage from Spectral Scream. If it matters, I tested with 155% power strength on level 45 Chargers in the Simulacrum. I used cold element, as it deals normal damage to them, and Spectral Scream did 620 damage with or without Vex Armor's Fury active.
