Not able to connect to Warframe after nidus update [INVESITGATING]

I don’t understand why I haven’t seen any kind of announcement about it, even if they haven’t figured out the fix yet. It’s obviously not everybody, but I’ve seen enough people complaining about it, including myself and my brother, that I feel it should’ve at least been addressed. We have both submitted tickets, and I’ve seen that others have as well. Would love some kind of update on this, as we are missing out on a time limited event here.

I just submitted a ticket. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one. (Meaning something went wrong on DE part when they deployed the patch over the weekend)

I’ve having the same issue as well I’m not able to play it at all I can’t get past the loading bar at all

Same since the update .. I’ve uninstalled 2 times with powering Xbox down to going back to factory reset aaaannnddd nada 

There’s been a lot of weird things going on lately that have never happened before .

I then start the game again and the game will now not even connect. Takes 10 minutes to tell me if this problem continues then contact support. It’s been 3 hours and my game still does not work.

Dear Warframe,

Can you please work on the xbox unable to connect issue thats not been allowing download as well, many of my friends have not been able to connect and haven't been able to participate in the new event thats out. It is unfair to many people that can't enjoy this event knowing days are passing by which is not our fault. They would love to enjoy as everyone else thats able to play. Many other people are having the same problem as well. I just don't want us (People that can't connect) not be able to enjoy or even experience this new event or future upcoming events that we all love.Thanks for listening!

Will they be extending the event for the people who can't access it since the issue? I would love for your team to consider.

For those experiencing the connectivity issue, could you please attempt the following:

  1. Go to "Manage game and add-ons"
  2. Select "Saved data"
  3. Select "Reserved space" for Warframe and Clear Reserved Space

If this is something you've already tried please let me know!

Thank you to everyone for trying and reporting back!

Couple other things on the check list:

  • Confirm that Warframe is fully up to date. You should see "Version 4.3.0.0"
    • check for an update under Manage game and add-ons.
      • if you click on "Updates" it would show an updated needed for Warframe
  • Confirm if you're on IPv4 or IPv6
    • you can check this by going to your Network settings

Have version 4.3.0.0, no updates available. 

Which should it be on, IPv4, or IPv6?

It’s currently IPv4, not sure how one would go about changing that
