Hi all! I'm struggling with my controller right now. I play through steam so I had a whole host of problems originally, but I solved them all until the nidus prime update came out. Now, every time I open my ability menu, it quick activates the ability I used most recently. The only way to not constantly just cast the same ability is hold down the ability menu button and walk around like that, keeping me from doing anything else besides casting abilities and walking. Anyone have any solutions?  (Also I oddly enough can't open my gear wheel. It blinks just barely before disappearing again)

i have zero experience connecting nsw controller to pc, but what you're describing sounds like a turbo action; the button keep automatically and rapidly tapping itself instead of following your actual finger press.

if i were you i'll try opening my controller config and go to test page, see how the buttons actually behave when i press each buttons.

My buddy and I are having this issue too, not only does it auto use ability, but when you are in the orbiter it will auto switch to your operator, and these are with xbox controllers.

THEY LISTENED TO US. They did a hotfix, and it's fixed for me. My temp fix was just prepare the ability you're using next with the dpad. It's the first time I've ever had them fix a controller problem for me tho, let's celebrate by grinding hydron!
