Controller double input

Since the plague star update my controller has been inputting certain buttons twice and makes ability casting on my wisp really hard and I can't use my gear wheel

I've been experiencing the same thing. Mine does it for opening the gear wheel (d pad down) and trying to use abilities (R1). Tried switching what kind of controller Warframe was detecting. Problem persisted after checking cache, restarting multiple times, as well as in normal missions and open world. Game is basically unplayable right now for me.

I have an Xbox Elite controller, and I'm having the same issues.  It seems like it was getting harder and harder to use my abilities with it, but this last update broke it.
