Check your profile syndicate for Ostron remaining daily limits and to check if Ostron isn't maxed out. Did you start bounty? Did bounty complete? It is possible to do Eidolon battle without bounty. No bounty gives no standing. With bounty, when defeated/captured eidolon, there is some delay for bounty to complete. When captured/defeated, if you quickly leave to Cetus without giving some time, bounty may fail to complete. Note that only the Plague star bounty will give only Operation Supply, all other bounty is just Ostron. They are different syndicate standings.
