Index Round 2 does not Start after others leave during round 1

So I was doing Index and there were three of us in the game. We did the first round, and two of my crew pulled out. I stayed in. After the countdown, the round was expected to start. But instead, the camera was stuck staring at the scoreboard in the little cinematic at the beginning of each round. This happened twice, so I lost 100k credits. :/
