Don’t really like primary weapons, can I have another secondary instead?

Now that Magnus Prime is out Id like to put Magnus Prime in my Primary slot and AkVasto Prime in my secondary slot. 
 

*bonus would be getting rid of the traditional primary secondary melee slots and replace with Slot 1 Slot 2 and Slot 3 and let us equip any 3 weapons we want.

Other than the absolute hellishly long weapon list, I can see warframe arcanes for weapon damage getting to be a little too overpowered in that case.

If they do decide to do that, then I'll probably carry around my Lex Prime and Pavonis kg since I don't really have a good primary outside of a semi-build Fulmin and a super build Daikyu. (Except I only use that Daikyu on Harrow or Gauss, thanks to their fire rate buffs)
