Grineer catwalk joint and similar dojo decorations can't scale

While trying to build in the dojo, I encountered an issue which i'm unsure if is a bug or intended. Most dojo decorations can be resized with the R key, allowing them to be made smaller or larger up to a point. However, several pieces in the grineer tab of dojo decorations cannot be resized.

They include: GRINEER CATWALK STAIRS, GRINEER CATWALK JOINT, GRINEER CATWALK 2M, GRINEER CATWALK 6M, GRINEER CATWALK CAP, and GRINEER CATWALK RAILING [both 2M and 4M].
