Delicate Pobber Tag not added to inventory after Orb Valis hunts

While hunting in the Orb Valis the Delicate Pobber tag is not added to my inventory. All other tags are added correctly except for the Delicate Pobber stopping me from purchasing the emblem. This has occurred multiple times, attached is the most recent occurrence.
