Yareli Animation Set Showing Merulina / Harrow's Animation Set not showing Thurible

Yareli's Animation Set on other Warframes during the animation where she hugs Merulina causes Merulina to appear in hand as it does normally on Yareli.
Weirdly with Harrow's animation set it doesn't show any other Warframe bringing out the Thurible Censor. 

I'm not sure which one of these is intentional, as all other animation sets seem to show effects but not really attachments/items.  Hoping it's intentional and Harrow's Idle can get fixed so more frames can swing around a smoky censor.
