I wasn't sure where to post this so I'm doing it here, The arbitration drones keep spawning under the floor for the rank up to 30

The arbitration drones keep spawning under the floor for the rank up to 30 and its very aggravating. because they don't spawn above I keep losing my rank up because I basically have to jump off of the map to hit them.
