I can´t start the game, it stay in the loading screen before the login, forever

I think that the title explains well what is my issue, but i will try to detail it. Before updating my launcher the game hasn´t any problem, i mean, i played like more of 1.500hr, but after the update of nidus prime, i simply can´t start the game, the launcher has no problems, but when i start, the screen whit yareli and the loading diamond doesn´t move, it never finish the load, and i can´t acced to the login screen. I will wait for an aswer, thanks for reading me, sorry if i doesn´t explain myself or my text has a error, im not a native english speaker jajajajaja.
