The New Saw melee should have constant tic damage, plus the ability to ride it constantly would be amazing

Ive seen the new melee in action and besides the obvious issues with the crit and speed attack, I believe this weapon could benefit like crazy with a constant tic damage when using it against an enemy.

Beyond that, giving it an option to ride constantly would be awesome if you could also deal constant tic damage while doing this
