Executing Dash doesnt seem to be working

It was brought to my attention that the Naramon School Node Executing Dash stopped working after the last update. I've never bothered to use it myself before now, but decided to test it out and was unable to make it open up the enemies to finishers.

 

for reference, i tested on Lex on Ceres, i was using a nova prime and an orthos prime. i ran 3 missions, 2 with the node turned on and one off. both missions with it turned on failed to open them to finishers
