Volt's discharge not working in infested arbitrations

Maybe I'm just missing some sort of immunity that too many of the high level infested are giving, but this is the second time I've done an infested arbitration and Volt's (Prime in case it matters) discharge doesn't appear to be doing anything, at the very least it isn't jumping to enemies to deal damage.

I only decided to try again because I had a strength boost for Volt, but I'm simply getting nothing, while other warframe abilities, most notably Saryn's seem to be working perfectly fine for my teammates.

I know there's drones making things invulnerable but it shouldn't be so extreme that it's barely doing anything.
