Sortie not playable

When attempting to play sortie missions, the very first mission does not allow me to play it. I attempted to start it from the actual location on the navigation console, as well as from the drop-down menu. It does not appear on the navigation console, and when I tried it from the drop-down menu it says I do not have the mission unlocked. I have the entire star chart unlocked minus steel path.

I try to join the Sortie is says I don't have. The location unlocked so I go to star chart. Then I go to said location on star chart. Load up mission then abort once it loads. Then after that I can do the first mission on Sortie. It started about 2 weeks ago.
