Forgot password and bot wont send me a reset link

Tried making a new account to get to support, bot wont send me the email. 

Only thing helping atm is that somehow my forums account stayed logged in. Is there anyone I can contact through here who can help me get back into my account. After the email issues I tried to remember my password and ended up with a temp IP ban. Im getting frustrated and would like to get back into the game.

Thank you, I dont know what was different about that link vs the others but it let me in and the reset option from it worked.
