inconspicuous_ Posted September 15, 2021 Share Posted September 15, 2021 I had 2 Kuva Kohms from 2 different liches in my foundry. When I attempted to collect the second one, I was prompted with the "out of weapon slots" notification. I purchased more weapon slots, but when I went back to collect the second Kohm, any identifying tags (Lich's name) was missing and attempting to collect it would prompt an error popup. Thank you for posting this bug report. I suggest you also go to http://support.warframe.com/ and click Submit a Request. In the subject you want to type in Missing Inventory.
