Exodia Hunt + Gloom

I'm not sure if it's EXACTLY a bug but it's something that FEELS like one. You'll be the judge of that.

It's quite simple, enemies affected by Gloom (maybe other slows, didn't check unfortunately) are affected by Exodia Hunt pull with speed REDUCED by the same amount the slow they have applied on them.

Even though it doesn't ragdoll, it's still more of a displacement/pull similar to ie. Vortex (which is NOT affected by Gloom) rather than movement modifier so in my opinion, Exodia Hunt shouldn't have it's pull effect slowed down by slows on the enemy - it just makes the arcane feel REALLY annoying to use - especially at higher slow magnitudes.
