Relics not Dropping Rewards at End of Mission

Just ran two Meso Void Fissures (Exterminate) on Roche (Phobos) back to back and there were no relic rewards at the end of either mission.  No Prime part or Forma blueprint.  Yes, I collected the required 10/10 reactant each time.  The relic was the Meso S10.

Just had the same problems on axi and neo fissures lost a radiant N15 farming nezha neuroptics. Only getting two prime parts for a half hour grind solo or public.

• on mars excavation lith fissure one guy picked mirage blueprint relic i picked relic too then i take 10void traces and then host left when the game was over 1 guy get mirage prime blueprint and i couldn't choose and i didn't get my drop too and 1 guy couldn't choose too hes nickname is Dimon_sova
