Check out the new galvanized mods and the new arcanes for secondaries and primaries. Guns are stronger now in an attempt to compete better with melee that was totally dominating. I think the LoS thing a while back was the first issue, maiming strike change the last. A few too many of the things that made them ideal got nerfed/removed.
