Been crashing since today's update

The update (I don't remember the number; it's 9/16 today) was for various small things, but after loading it up, and going back to the plague star grind for formas, I've crashed 2 or 3 times. It was all in the span of a few hours, and it's really hard keeping a stable party going when you can't even stay in the party. lost a lot of standing today, and a lot of formas along with it.

Edit: I have never had this problem before, mind you. Maybe a random crash once in a blue moon, but not 3 times in a few hours. I also had the random black boxes show up today, and a major slowdown issue, but I'm pretty sure that was just an outdated driver, and went away when I got that updated.
