Submit request page has no category for 'Right of Access request'

The Privacy Policy page says " You have the right to access personal information we hold about you, how we use it, and who we share it with. You can access the personal information you have provided as part of your account by submitting a request through our Support page." But none of the categories on the ticket form are related to this. 

How do i request this information?

Uh.. I think you’d want to go to the support page, then click Submit a Request, then the My Account section and the category “CCPA or GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation” to request your personal data

Clarification
