Love The New War trailer soundwork at the end

Was just watching the end of the New War trailer for the umpteenth time, where Kahl very clearly is about to give up his life for a greater cause than himself.

And the click and power down sound of the explosive during the black screen, then the reversed sound of the glass ringing, and the look on Kahl’s face and the panic that he’s feeling, conveyed through his scared breathing, and then the tall Sentient says “Don’t be afraid” and it sounds like it echoes across the entire Plains and beyond and into the very soul of anyone who hears it and there’s that distinctively dark undertone in the echoes as they’re saying “afraid, afraid, afraid” and it blends into the music.
