Gear hotkeys and use button not working while directional buttons are pressed in operator form during open world missions

Affected missions: Plains of Eidolon, Orb Vallis, Cambion Drift.

Expected behavior: a player must be able to utilise gear hotkeys (summon a mech, spawn a restore item) and interact with environment (grab keys, open doors etc) "on the move": during walking, running, sliding. This works fine in non-open world missions I tested (in both warframe and operator forms).

Actual behavior: during affected missions holding directional buttons while in operator form prevents utilisation of gear hotkeys and use button. In warframe form everything works as expected.

 

Edit: reverse camera button also not working.
