Long Standing Twin Viper Wraith "Clapping" Audio Bug (PS4)

So, every time you can fire another round, a loud, echo-like "clap" can be heard. No matter what tileset, open-world or generated maps. I ran minimum fire-rate to test how exactly this bug operates, and it "claps" when you're able to fire off another round/volley. I ran with or without riven, I stripped all mods and ran full mods on, it was doing it before I installed an Exilus Weapon Adapter; it still does it. It's been at least two years since this bug has been in the game. I don't know what exactly is causing it. Whether it's a bad sound file or what.
