No Fusion Conflict Warnings

Not sure which recent update broke them, but I am no longer getting Fusion Conflict warnings when lvling up mods. Meanwhile my friend still is which is even more confusing. I only get the standard application message with endo/credit cost with the 'Are you sure?' but no warning messages about the warframes/weapons/etc that will be affected due to lack of capacity. Mods supposedly remain equipped and functioning if the stats are anything to go by, but with negative polarity capacity.

I actually noticed this a week or two ago as well. I had some nearly full high rank mod on something I finally decided to forma again and then maxed it. That knocked it off some other weapon and I needed to make another nearly full ranked mod to put there. I had plenty of resources to spare, but someone else might not have the half million credits immediately handy and a spare mod to fix the unexpected oops.
