Check that you have linked your accounts correctly and try relinking them using the guide.

Support can only help with confirming that your accounts are linked correctly, they can't give you drops.

Have you done the following?

Have you relinked your Twitch AND Warframe accounts since Twitch Drop 2.0?
Logged out of the game, closed the game completely and re-launched / logged in
Followed the trouble shooting instructions listed above"
