Helminth invigorations not affecting Warframes in Grendel farm mission (anyone else?)

(Posting this to check if someone else has this problem or if the game is bugged on my end)

I am playing the three missions that reward Grendel blueprints. Helminth infusions work fine along with whatever augments might apply to infused abilities but invigorations have no effect in missions.

Anyone else experiencing this?

- It should be replicable by invigorating a warframe and jumping into any of the three missions
- Problem persists after game restart
