Incorrectly placed objects in ESO

Happend in Elite Sanctuary Onslaugh 

I don't really know what could have caused this problem, but there was a host migration in the second round.

edit:

The objects spawn exactly when there are 2 minutes left on the timer. It happens every time in round 3, whether alone or with a team.
