Specter dealing damage to the player and defense objective

My specter a wisp with kuva ogris, destroyed and damaged both me and the defense objective. It occurred in doing thermia fractures, arbitrations and normal defense. The only similar things I did in those runs were I was either solo or the only person in the game. I would get instantly get killed out of nowhere and mission would fail from objective being destroyed.

Probably something going on with giving yourself/themself radiation if the enemy shoots and hits the Ogris bullet. This can happen to Kuva Ogris if this weapon has radiation damage. Kuva weapons can have radiation damage with no mods.

Can attest to this with other weapons such as the Tenet Envoy too, especially when you've been Electric-procced and it ticks with the projectile in close proximity to you.
