I got stuck in my teammate's Voidrig while they got stuck in my Warframe

I was running the steel path core samples bounty in Cambion Drift, I spawned my Voidrig and when I used transference I spawned in m my teammate's Voidrig instead of mine, I couldn't use transference or abilities and figured it'd be fixed if I died. I ended up stuck in the Voidrig dead, unable to respawn or get revived. My teammate Xbox messaged me that they got stuck in my Warframe, we apparently spawned them in at the same time and used transference at the same time too. I don't know if I can recreate this as I don't have friends that play this and this was a public group, but I figured I'd report it just in case.
