No its not a Bug. The item`s Blueprint and the Crafted Item are two separate things. As Keiyadan said, Hok sells Blueprints. Once you have crafted and claimed the item from your Foundry, Hok will not list that item as owned as the Blueprint has been consumed. He will however show that part as Owned in the Zaw crafting UI. Buy part BP's Craft part BP's Goto Hok to assemble weapon This takes you to a screen where you select your parts. Your built parts should be the first part listed with a checkmark in the corner instead of an eyeball. Once you select enough parts you hit the craft button Level your junk to 30 Go back to NPC and gild item. Level it back up to 30 and its now mastered.. If stuff is missing then you might have some kinda filter turned on... or your search bar might have a word in it... Or you didnt build all the parts you actually need... Zaws take......
