That won't work try downloading the 1.1.1.1 Cloudflare it's like a VPN, it's only temporary while DE will try to fix it on their end. also you might experience slow browsing when using it so i suggest turning it off once you're done playing warframe.


I reach out to my ISP (PLDT) they did everything they could to fix this issue and even they don't know what's causing it since warframe is not region lock in PH and it was working yesterday too, It just randomly stopped working around 6pm or 7pm i'm guessing something must have happen it's just we don't know what's causing it. I even tried playing other MMO/CO-OP game and my internet is working just fine.

Just called PLDT which is the infamous ISP that is preventing us from playing. Support has no idea about any outages or server errors on their end as far as any reports comes in. So... RIP.

This is the cloudflare website if anyone is wondering. It kinda helps its only a temp fix for PLDT/Smart users in the Philippines. It doesn't seem trustworthy but I haven't had any problems with it so far and I scanned it for any viruses and nothing came up.

I tried using this cloudflare 1.1.1.1 while using PLDT network and its still doesnt work, BUT it help me to download the resources I need when installing the game again, but beyond that like logging in ingame, it still doesn't work for me.

Works for me, download the windows installer on PC, installed it and there an icon on the system tray which is bottom right click it and just turn it on, just make sure to check if its on WARP and not just the normal 1.1.1.1 dns which for me doesnt do anything.

I'm using 1.1.1.1 and have already reinstalled twice today but it still says: "Update Failed, Some content updates could not be downloaded from our servers.".
Is there any workarounds to this problem?

the website is up. I was able to buy plats through the website with the discount. you can pay using steam wallet

Clearly the people you talk on the phone won't have any idea because they're not hands on to the developments of the company, they're hired to solve menial problems and answer your questions and hear out random angry callers, and that's all they can do. Something this major for us might be minor problem for the PLDT themselves so I guess this problem will exist for more than a week

I can login in companion app, but all features doesn't work and news tab doesn't load.

Just used the speedtest's VPN and it works. But the news tab still doesn't load.
