Oh, boi. Since it's an ISP related problem, then us PLDT users are screwed : / . Although DE said that it might be something that they can fix, there's no guarantee. In the event that it's not on DE's end, then us PLDT users are REALLY screwed. I highly doubt our ISP would resolve this matter as it's just a game to them.

So far, I've been using Globe's mobile data connection to play WF and there are no connection issues whatsoever. I only have 31GB on my monthly plan, but playing only WF using my data connection is okay and it doesn't dent my remaining GBs that much. I downloaded some WF updates, watched a lot of YT videos, etc, and now I am down to 21GB. But WF wise, it barely matters GB wise. I believe a day of playing WF with Globe's data connection would translate to around a gigabyte of data? Mind you, when I say a day of WF, it's not 24 hours but perhaps 8 or 10 or even less since I play other games, but WF is my main game for now. 

A gigabyte a day using Globe's data connection would suffice for now, but I hope it's something that DE can fix because I sometimes use my mobile data connection for work. 


No rush DE, but if you guys can fix it, please do since the New War update is just around the corner and I am hyped for it. Planning to take a 2-day leave just for it. :(

I am not an I.T. or programmer etc. I find it strange how issue gets fixed then comes back etc. It like a switch that gets turned on and off at random times. Seems like they(PLDT) know how to fix the issue but choose not to correct it.

It seems that I am not alone with this problem.

Both PLDT and Smart won't work for me since yesterday. I just tried using my Globe hotspot and I got in without a hitch.

Hope this gets fixed quickly, I don't want to use up all my data :(

        Knowing that some people are impatient and some are giving contempt to our ISP, I hope you guys gave it your all, I may miss the grind for loki and volt prime but please take your time solving the issues with PLDT and I hope that the issue will be solved soon before the New War expansion. :inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove:

The companion app also doesn't work when connected to the same Wifi nor through the cellular network affiliated with the ISP in question.

Just called PLDT which is the infamous ISP that is preventing us from playing. Support has no idea about any outages or server errors on their end as far as any reports comes in. So... RIP.

The worse part about this is that ISP actually takes a very long time to fix things like this so if DE can't fix it, and they're the only one who can fix it, we'll probably won't get to play for a while.

really? well i legit accessed mine just now so idk, i just crafted an Itzal as im typing rn XD idk whats happening

Actually not just the website. Even the App seems to have hard time connecting properly. The only things I can access smoothly in the app is the foundry and the chat.

actually the foundry works alright but idk if its gonna count when its fixed xD i claimed my itzal idk if its gonna count

Yep, foundry seems to be working well, but I can't access extractors 😂 chances are at least one of them is already destroyed
