I've discussed this before with others and it doesn't seem to lean into any one current belief system, there have been countless arguments over whether the choices we make are represented through a moral compass (where some choices can be considered the "good" or "bad" thing to do in their context), which doesn't seem to be the case.

With what Teshin has posted, it seems more like a system that judges on traits rather than any specific alignment, Moon is Logic, Sun is Recklessness (or something similar), Neutral is somewhere inbetween. 

What is interesting though, is that a few terms are capitalised, that being Way and Mastery.

Operator mods confirmed... we are doomed to grind forever with our amps now to get that god-like operator build. Or perhaps we will be able to use weapons with our operators much like kahl and veso.

The only in-game Ways I'm aware of are the 5 Tenno Ways, or Schools, that each had their own way of approaching things, so yeah it might be related to the Tenno, or just a nod to say "hey, this system is meant to represent this" without actually outright implying it.

Also, "Litany" is used to describe something that is recited tediously, something akin to a religious script that is read over and over, so what we're seeing is the code the Dax follow, though may not be the entire picture as there are other rules they follow.

That being with whoever holds Kuva, the Dax have to submit to, however as Tenno, we don't. Among other things we might not know.

It may be that the teachings of the Dax might become more important as a lore element (as seen with Steel Path and Teshin's various lessons), but my only takeaway is that something Focus-related might be coming, or might not, again it just could be a reminder that there will be more choices that we've been used to that will further affect our Sun/Moon alignment.
