Reb already confirmed that operators are not getting any system changes with the update, and that only one system would be getting a change overall.

The exact words used were 'no balance tweaks, those will come next year', and whilst under 99% of circumstances I would say to just believe what the devs say, potential spoilers just before a major story event is pretty much that 1% of scenarios. 'No Balance Tweaks' doesn't explicitly preclude larger systemic changes, and it's the exact sort of thing I'd say if I wanted to misdirect people for the purposes of a cool reveal.

 

We probably still should not expect Operator Changes because, yes, generally listen to the devs, but I wouldn't consider anything 'confirmed'.

I just realized that Teshin is MR30. But why doesn't Teshin ever give his blessing in the relay? Why @Teshin, why?

You know, I think it would be neat if the reputation dial wasn't White/Black, but instead Yellow-sunny/Blue-silvery moon, with some other colors in there maybe, so it's less of a "black and white" choice, that people are pre-conditioned to perceive as a "good/evil" system. Plus, the Litany should be IN-GAME as part of the description of this thing.

It's just so easy to mistake it for the generic ubiquitous reputation systems we see elsewhere.

Had I known of this Litany thing... I'd have made some more moon decisions, and even a few sun decisions... but I decided without more knowledge (like this), I'd just go neutral at every choice... which has served me well, I guess. It fits my "depends on the situation" response to most questions I get asked.
