For every Prime Warframe you purchased in 2021 through Prime Access or Prime Vault, you will receive the corresponding Prime Noggles* to decorate your Orbiter! The Noggles could take a few days to arrive in your inbox, so please be patient while our script propagates on each platform. We’ll be monitoring for any missing Noggles. I'm well aware that Excalibur Prime and his weapons are Founder Exclusives but if I'm not wrong this doesn't aply for Ex Prime Noogle because it's additional gift as rest of Prime Noggles. It would be fantastic to have this Noggle in my Excalibur collection (have all PC Excalibur Noggles except for Prime) 3
Lumi Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 There were a few Prime Resurgence packs that I bought because I thought they were going to include Noggles alongside the other noggles from prior Prime Packs, especially when the difference with getting the Noggle and Accessories are only a couple Regal Aya cheaper than a full pack

It makes sense. Getting the noggles as a Tennobaum gift is a reward for buying a package deal. It isn't going to come free when you buy the warframe a' la carte, especially when the noggles themselves are also available a' la carte from the same vendor. 4

While they may not choose to go that route, I do agree it makes sense and is fair to the players and to past PA and PVA buyers as it requires you to spend real money, and then buy a package deal even if you may not want everything in the package. I think it would make sense for someone buying a full pack to get the noggle, as you said. For A' la carte though, I totally get their reasoning. 2

I agree and I didn't even buy anything from there either.... Prime resurgence seems to be all about the money sadly.... why give away something for free, like in the past, when you can get the player to buy it with regal aya instead.

Indeed I agree. I wonder if this is something they can update, any Prime Warframe bought with real money directly should be linked to having a noggle available for free.

The thing is that Prime Noggles are additional "Thank you" gift from DE crew not part of Prime Access/Founders Pack. But yeah I'm aware that chances are pretty slim. Would be nice though.

The dual packs were $60 USD and got you all the item in both packs plus two noggles at the end of the year. A dual pack in Prime Resurgence is 10 Regal Aya, which DE in their workshop equated to buying one 3-RA pack and one 7-RA pack for $60 USD total. Doing that gets you the items in both packs, but minus 600p (400p + 200p vs 1,200p) and the two noggles. You have to spend another $20 to get the RA to buy the noggles - which you would have gotten for "free" before. And if they're a "free unexpected bonus" then there should be no problem adding them to the packs/dual packs, no? 2
