Annoying UI BUG- pressing "Y" doesn't bring cursor to the public/invite only/solo menu

Normally, pressing Y opens the menu and you can then use the D-Pad to navigate it. But frequently it brings the cursor to the right of it and does NOT auto-dropdown the menu.

I first saw this bug on a Livestream with Rebecca 3 or 4 YEARS ago - she actually mentioned on the stream she'd have to have the developers take  a look at it.   Good to know no more priority given to DE reported bugs than ours LOL.
