Prime part rarity and player name is not visible in relic reward screen

Note how the information popup (which is there by default) hides the rarity of the part I unlocked from my relic and the player name underneath that. For a new player, this means they can't see their name, or rarity, under the reward by default. They won't even know their name is there, to even hint that they might be able to move it, unless they happen to play with a friend like me who knows how this works from before this UI.
