      Getting Support - Common Issues   04/20/2016

      Have an issue? Unsure if we can help? Warframe's support team can assist you with the following common issues and concerns! 

      *Take care of reading through the instructions before sending in your Support ticket. An organized and detailed ticket will better help the agent answer and fulfill your request.* 
      "I accidentally purchased the same item twice."
      Before sending in a support ticket please choose which item you would like to keep and start using it! Support tries to have as little impact on your play time as possible; we're able to see which of the two items you aren't using and remove it from your inventory (even while you're logged in). 

      Please note: We will not perform refunds on items that have been used - Leveled items or items with minimal Affinity are not eligible for refunds. 


      "I accidentally purchased an item and would like a refund" 
      Platinum refunds can usually be processed, as long as you submit your request immediately after your purchase and the item has not been used. 


      "I bought the wrong item."
      A variation of the above questions, but the same applies. We are able to remove the item and refund your item purchase only if it has not been used. "


      "I sold an item by mistake, is there any way I can have it back?"
      Absolutely! In order to have the item restored please contact us as soon as possible after the sale - we have a limited window of time allocated to reversing this process.

      Please make sure you have an open Warframe / weapon slot for the item(s) you sold. Should you not have enough slots available at the time of the reversal, we will contact you to let you know that you need to make room in your inventory. 


      "I started building something in the Foundry that I didn't mean to."
      If the item is finished, please do not claim it. We cannot refund foundry items once they are claimed by the player. Unclaimed items will have the full construction costs refunded.


      "I purchased a skin, but I can't find it."
      Before sending in a support ticket, go to your Arsenal and browse for the purchased skin. You can search for and equip skins by clicking on the Appearance tab next to the item you want to customize.  If you experience difficulties, contact Support and we can verify that you have the item and further assist you with equipping it. 


      "My mod is missing" or "I fused a mod by accident!"
      Should you find you are missing any specific mod, please provide us with the name, rank, and the day you last saw the mod in your inventory. If you have an idea what mod it might have been fused into, please do not perform any more fusions; if a fused mod is fused again into a new mod, it cannot be recovered.
      "I accidentally used a Forma on an item!"
      If you accidentally polarized your item, please file a support ticket immediately and refrain from using the item in question until we get back to you.

      In the ticket, please specify the item that you applied the Forma to and what polarity you intended to add.    "I didn't receive my rewards from the event!"
      We kindly ask you repeat any events/missions if they are still available. Please keep in mind that we are unable to advance you towards the next step/level of the event (if there is one) and cannot change any end of mission scores. If you are still missing rewards after repeating, please wait until after the event has ended and the rewards have been given out. Once the event has concluded contact Support as soon as possible. 

      Since certain events have immediate rewards while others do not, please check our website / Forums / social media for any announcements about the distribution of event rewards.


      "My game crashed during a mission” or “My game was unable to update the account information and the progress was not saved.”
      Depending on the mission you played, try to re-join the session to receive your rewards. Please note that only the end of mission rewards (5 minute / round rewards) are recoverable. Pickups from the mission itself cannot be recovered by the support team.  If you are crashing or experiencing errors regularly, please create a support ticket in the most appropriate technical category so we can do our best to help you solve any networking / system problems you are experiencing. 


      “I want to change my email address / delete my account”
      If you wish to update your account’s email address or have your account removed permanently, you will need to contact support and verify that you are the account creator.   “I have purchased Platinum/Prime Access, but have not received it yet”
      Usually purchases are applied to your account almost immediately, but depending on the payment method used (i.e. mobile payments) it can take up to 48 hours for your order to appear in-game.

      If you have not received your purchase after 48 hours, please create a ticket with the following information so that we can assist you as quickly as possible: Choice of payment service (Paypal, credit card, etc.) Date and time of payment Screenshots of the confirmation for the purchase, including the transaction/order number Mobile phone number used, if payment was made through mobile service Item purchased (Prime Access Package, 1000 Platinum bundle, etc.)   Experiencing issues that were not listed above? Warframe (Ps4): Free Starter Pack For Ps Plus Members

Question

According to the USA PS Blog earlier today, all PS Plus members will receive a free PS Plus Starter Pack containing the following items:

- 100 Platinum

- 50,000 Credits

- Falcon Mod Pack - includes 5 mods, one guaranteed to be Uncommon or better

- 3-Day Affinity Booster

- 3-Day Credit Booster

Many of us have also pre-ordered Warframe (PS4) and therefore will receive the Ultimate Fan Pack, which contains the following items:

- 50 Platinum

- Exclusive PS4 Braton Rifle Skin

QUESTION:

WILL BOTH OF THESE PACKS STACK TOGETHER OR CAN WE ONLY CHOOSE ACCESS TO ONE OF THEM, IF WE PRE-ORDERED & ARE ALSO PS PLUS MEMBERS?

I'm guessing we get both.

 

They'll likely be both a downloadable file which is really just an activation key (similar to a promo code that registers with the game).

Probably going to do that account cloning to my PS4's version of Warframe and already a PS+ member... so yeah, interested in knowing if these packs will add to it since technically, the account wouldn't be a "starter", being at Mastery rank 11, near 12

ok, found it in the services list. guess I'll give it a day, and if it doesn't show up I'll contact them on my next day off from work.

edit: 5hour later it finally added to my account. yay.

I don't know if anyone can help, but I just downloaded the PS Plus starters pack and it said I purchased it but never appeared in my downloads. I've been looking at how I can redownload content but I'm not quite sure. Every time I start Warframe nothing appears in my account for credits or the other stuff. Is it because I'm level 7 and realized I could get it or is something wrong?

It doesn't actually get downloaded to your device, so it doesn't appear in your downloads. Try re-downloading the PS+ starter pack, and if it tells you you already got it, then you already have it.

 

Sometimes platinum can take a few minutes or a few hours to register. Make sure you close Warframe and launch it again to check, as platinum doesn't always update properly if the game is still loaded.

Hi guys im from the uk, i cant find where to access the starter pack for ps plus members i went to account info and services but warframe is not there, can someone tell me if it is just for USA or if not how do i find it. Thanks

Why did that PS4 Bonus pack disappear and everyone was unable to get it since the 7th of November; but it was supposed to be available until the 12th.

 

Alot of people were trying to get it; Sony Entertainment Network(SEN) said it's not their problem and that only the Warframe guys control whats put up in terms of content(i.e. the bonus pack).  As it is, the ONLY item up for Warframe on the SEN website is the trailer for the PS4 launch.  On my PS3, I can't even get access to the Warframe preview area to pre-order any content; and the online pre-order has been giving "Opps!  Page doesn't exist!" errors since the 7th.

 

I know it doesn't seem like alot, but for new players trying out a new game; it left a bad taste in alot of people's mouths.  They were instantly hyped; and then extremely pissed when they could'nt pre-order for the bonus content.(Which isn't anything to sneeze at, mind you.  That 50 plat, 20k credits and Braton skin mean alot to someone who's new to the game).

 

Can we get any word on that, or can it be assumed that the Warframe devs will make right and just give that 'pre-order' stuff to everyone since it was their mix-up and everyone who tried for about a week to get it, ended up not getting it due to either the SEN website, or if SEN is to be believed, it was the Warframe crew that flubbed it?  =\

I've been wondering how this works. I didn't get my ps4 till the 25th, but I have the play station app on my phone. I claimed the ps+ starter bundle on my phone week ago, when I go into PSN on my ps4 it says it is already purchased, but wont give me a download option. and I don't have the item/money on my account when I started warframe up so I have no clue what is going on, or how i'm supposed to claim them.

Actually now that I think about it I'm not sure if I managed to redeem it myself. Let me go check.

 

Edit: Yep, it's there.

 

You can see if it's bound to your account by going to Settings>PSN>Account Information>Services>Warframe

 

Once there you should see a list with the activated items on your account; which should be the "Warframe®: PlayStation®Plus Starter Pack" and the "Warframe® Ultimate Fan Pack"

 

The Ultimate fan pack is the preorder bonus, and the Starter Pack is the one from PS+.

 

If it hasn't appeared on your warframe account yet (it doesn't notify you in game when you get the stuff), you may want to get in touch with support, though it may be a while until they respond because it's the holidays.
