Railjack Motion Sickness

I have a friend who gets really bad motion sickness from the Railjack, and hasn't been playing the game due to it (since quests need it, and all). Specifically, it's that the Railjack itself doesn't move, but everything else does that causes the motion sickness. I know that it uses portals to simulate it, but I am hoping there's a way to improve it so that my friend can play again. :)

I think a major culprit towards motion sickness in Railjack is the way aiming works. Moving the mouse moves the reticle away from the center of the screen, and the screen itself only turns once the reticle is a certain distance away from the center, leading to a feeling similar to the feeling of input lag.

There is a setting under the Railjack heading in the Controls tab of the Options menu called Pilot Centered Crosshair that will make aiming work like it does in the rest of the game, in that the whole screen will turn directly with mouse movement, and the reticle will stay in the middle.
