I am able to hit ZL to open the chat window and it works correctly in my ship, but when I enter a relay and hit ZL the screen just zooms a bit. When I enter the settings / fast travel menu by hitting "+" then the ZL button works correctly to open the chat window and I can toggle between all the tabs.
