Under the assumption you're either using Harrow or Arcane Avenger to take advantage of the Very High Crit Multiplier of Nukor. Then you'll want either Deadhead or Merciless to get the 360% Damage boost. bear in mind that Cascadia Empowered is a flat 750 damage points, but Not Affected by Crit Multiplier or Damage Mods. a Forced Crits Nukor with the DH/Merciless damage can outrun that.
