How do you get Orokin Derelict Survival mission?

I have been doing Terrorem in Deimos until rotation C to get the Octavia Neuroptics blueprint, but I have no luck after doing this countless times. I keep getting relics. 

I tried going to the market to find the Orokin Derelict Survival Keys but there are none.

Yep. Derelict has been renamed to Deimos, missions don't require Keys anymore.

When i got it ,it was when i did like 40 to 60 min runs and dropped at 40 min . So just keep going

Like @NinjaZuku said, do 20 minutes survi on Deimos (no keys needed).

If you cannot drop after few tries then I would just farm plat & buy that frame. Prime is at 45-50.
