Dropped from squad at the beginning of open world bounties

It happened inconsistently around the Deimos launch, but since Angels, I cannot maintain a connection to a squad for open world bounties across the system. Earth, Venus, Deimos, and now Zariman. I'll pick a bounty. Go to the transition area. I'll be matched with a squad right away, but right when the doors open, poof, I'm solo. I wait by the door, still nothing. My companions are gone and I am doomed to face the Eidolon or Void Cascade alone. 

I am able to connect and play with squads problem-free while doing regular procedural corridor activities. I'm on PS4. Very good internet connection with no other online gaming issues.
