(PSN)PheonixFontaine Posted August 13, 2022 Share Posted August 13, 2022 Seeing an exceptionally high rate of players force-starting missions while players are still in loading screens from prior missions. Many players cannot abort or leave party due to being locked in post-mission loading. This pre and post mission loading state seems to be heavily occurrent on PS4 players with less occurrence on PS5 players. This rate of incidence could be coincidental, but is starting have a very high rate of occurrence at all levels of MR and may not be a player-led action in some cases. Missions seem to be most force started via "repeat mission", due to the occurrence of repeated missions. Most notable was a recently force-started Index run. I cannot be sure if it actually charged me entry credits on the repeat, but I wasn't aware it was possible on that specific mission type without players volunteering their credit usage to participate. (PSN)Stealth_Cobra Posted September 23, 2022 Share Posted September 23, 2022 Yeah it's clearly a cross-generation issue, Basically PS5 loads so fast that the player has time to go back into orbiter and launch the next mission before the PS4 user even had time to go back, vote , equip the next relic, etc...
