Protovrye not counting the sentient kills

I just bought the Protovrye shoulder armor and for some weird reason it says 95/95 sentients defeated. I had previously bought Protovrye leg plate armor and fully evolved it but now I can’t evolve the shoulder armor don’t know what to do now. I bought it separately because I am very broke ig and irl so I had to buy separately so I don’t know if that’s why it won’t work or what. And I have yet to buy the Protovrye chest armor so I want know if I can fix this before getting the chest armor.

Edit: I got the chest piece and equipped it on protea while having the shoulder armor and when I finished a mission I got an email with the two evolution of the chest armor but not the shoulder armor please if anyone knows how to fix this let me know.
